For my overseas readers who may not be familiar with “Black Friday,” it is the day after our “Thanksgiving” when many gluttonous Americans intoxicated on turkey tryptophan stumble into the streets like mindless zombies to camp out in front of such iconic shrines as Best Buy and the Apple Store, to practice traditional rituals like beat your neighbor to the iPhone counter and can we fit the 152-inch plasma screen tv into the back of our eco-conscious Prius?
